Chrissie De Clerck and Jason Szilagyi met while working at a major chain bookstore. They developed a strong friendship and found that they not only shared a love of books but also a love of history. At that point, it seemed unreasonable not to get married.

Now they put their advanced degrees to work as adjuncts across at least three schools each semester, teaching whatever history they can get.
